Head chef, Stefanie Hein, lives her passion for cooking, fermenting, baking, and making gelato and, as usual, creates fresh and homemade dishes with love and know-how.

We create extraordinary things with high-quality, seasonal and, wherever possible, regional products. It starts with the selection of suppliers: We work closely with partners who share our values. Farmers whose farms are nearby, who grow organically and raise animals in a species-appropriate manner.

Our head chef Stefanie Hein's passion and joy for cooking is reflected in the creative, homemade dishes and drinks on our menu, freshly prepared every day. Due to our demands on the preparation and the origin of the ingredients, it may happen that not everything is always available. We ask for your understanding.
